Return & Exchange Policy
Please email us at SweetSouthernShoreReturns@gmail.com and we will send you a return form to fill out and mail back to us with your return purchase.
- There are two ways to send an eligible return:
- Send back the return yourself, using whichever shipping method you prefer (address provided below) -or-
- Submit a return request and we will e-mail a return shipping label to you! Please Note: The cost of the label will be withheld from your total store credit refund.
- You can print off the return shipping label and affix it on your package, then take it to your local USPS (post) office.
- Labels cannot be used more than once. If a label is used more than once to return multiple items, we reserve the right to withhold additional funds from a return to cover the return shipping cost.

These Items below are all final sale, and not eligible for return/ store credit.
• All accessories (including jewelry, scarves, sunglasses, eyewear, hats, koozies, face masks etc.)
• Jeggings and leggings
• Merchandise must be UNWARN and UNWASHED. Any items sent back with stains, appear to be worn, smell of smoke, deodorant, or have pet hair/ pet odor, will not be eligible. An item that has only been worn once, is not eligible for return.
How do I report a problem with my order?
You can report problems with your order by sending firstname.lastname@example.org an e-mail. Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Problem with product
- Photos of the issue
Please do so within 30 days upon receiving the product.
The recipient’s address was entered wrong.
If the recipient’s address was entered wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to us and we can then re-ship the product to you. This is never guaranteed, but in the case of this event please send the updated address to email@example.com. In the case that the package is not returned to us, then you would have to process a new order to replace the original.
My order never came, did it get lost in the mail?
For all packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please send firstname.lastname@example.org an e-mail confirming with your order number. Please confirm that your shipping address was correct and double check with your local post office.
In the rare event that our tracking information states an order was delivered, but you have not received it, we cannot take responsibility for that order.
I ordered the wrong size or color, what now?
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or color, please send an e-mail to email@example.com. You will be responsible to cover the shipping fees to return and receive the new product.
