General

Devine Fairytale is located in Tallahassee, Florida. Shop Devine Fairytale does not have a brick & mortar shop location, it is only available online.

Orders

Orders are typically processed in 3-5 business days. Sooner if possible!

Some of our products are packaged and shipped separately by production partners. 

Returns

If you have an issue with your order, you can report it by sending an email to devinefairytale@gmail.com. Please make sure you include the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Problem with product
  3. Photos of the issue

Be sure to reach out to us within 14 days of receiving the product so we can come up with a solution.

If the recipient’s address was entered incorrectly, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is returned to us and we can then re-ship the product to you. This is never guaranteed, but in the case of this event please send the updated address to devinefairytale@gmail.com. In the case that the package is not returned to us, then you would need to process a new order to replace the original.

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or color, please send an email to devinefairytale@gmail.com. You will be responsible for the shipping fees to return and receive the new product.

Shipping

Shipping times vary based on the shipping option you selected at checkout.

If a package is lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please send devinefairytale@gmail.com an email with your order number. Confirm that your shipping address was correct and double check with your local post office.

In the rare event that our tracking information states an order was delivered, but you have not received your items, we cannot take responsibility for that order. You will need to file a claim with the shipping service.
